Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed.
For handmade, small-batch, or pre-order items, processing time may take longer depending on availability and production schedule. If additional time is required, we will contact you by email.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries and regions.
Estimated delivery time:
- Standard international shipping: 7–15 business days
- Remote areas or customs delays: 15–25 business days
Delivery time may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, local courier service, and holiday seasons.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.
For selected promotions or qualifying orders, free shipping may be available. If free shipping applies, it will be clearly shown at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local fees charged by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
GREENYUNA is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow a few days for the tracking number to update after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
If the address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or the package may be returned. GREENYUNA is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
